David Lerner Associates, a leading investment firm located in Lawrenceville, NJ is currently seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support our Investment Counselors (IC’s) by providing professional-level administrative, customer service and marketing support.
Day to day activities include answering phones, taking messages and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Other duties include filing and typing customer correspondence, preparing IC’s for appointments and seminars, processing new account paperwork, and working collaboratively with your assigned IC’s. Excellent phone manner is a must as you will be constantly reaching out to clients to schedule and confirm appointments, up to 50 calls per day!
Our ideal candidate will be punctual, flexible and able to work well without supervision. Requirements include holding a High School diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience. Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods, as well as lifting files, stooping and climbing a step ladder to complete filing.
This is a part-time position, with an expectation of 15-20 hours a week. Monday 10a to 6p is a requirement, with the remainder of workdays flexible (preferably Wednesday and/or Thursday).
