David Lerner Associates, a leading investment firm headquartered in Syosset, NY and celebrating its 45th year in business, is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team.  This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Marketing!

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the VP of Marketing to assist in all aspects of marketing, communications, and branding for the firm.  You will organize and traffic projects to ensure all deadlines are met.  You will assist the VP with administrative tasks related to functionality and coordination of the department’s activities, as well as preparing presentations for meetings.  This role coordinates advertising campaigns, including gathering, organizing, and maintaining marketing data, research, and contact lists, as well as working with outside vendors to update and maintain our firm’s online presence.

This role will work in conjunction with the VP to brainstorm new and unique growth strategies, and follow up by planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests, as well as creating content as needed.  You will assist in organizing special events both internal (employees) and external (clients), and perform other various duties as deemed necessary by the VP of Marketing.

Our ideal candidate will have achieved a degree in Marketing (or related field), and possess outstanding written communication skills (samples required!), as well as technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.  Preferred skills include experience using online marketing tools as well as Acrobat and Docusign form creation, basic HTML and DNN knowledge, understanding of Google Analytics, and basic videography experience.

This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri 9a-5p with occasional off-hours availability needed, as well as occasional travel to our other tri-state area branches.  We are currently working in the office but maintain WFH abilities.
