The ideal candidate should be able to handle multi-location hiring, be comfortable with cold-calling and be knowledgeable in recruiting techniques.



  • Work with management and DLA recruiters to develop recruitment strategies

  • Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

  • Continuously develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales Associate roles

  • Recruit candidates using cold-calling, job boards, employee referrals, job fairs, etc.

  • Assist in phone screening potential candidates and submit recommendations to management team for final selection

  • Coordinate interviews with management and candidates

  • Communicate regularly with management to provide status updates and determine the effectiveness of recruiting

  • Maintain reports on recruiting costs and efforts



  • Strong level of resourcefulness, ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing selection and hiring

  • Entry-level; Up to 2 years of experience as a recruiting assistant, telemarketer or similar role

  • Associates Degree preferred



The position is full-time, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
