On Saturday, November 6, 2010, Joseph C. Pickard, 50, of David Lerner Associates Syosset headquarters, competed in his first Fords Ironman Triathlon in Panama City Beach, Florida alongside his wife Kelly, 51. Both Kelly and he trained for hundreds of hours, almost one full year to compete in this race.
