David Lerner Associates Staff Give Blood for Injured FDNY Firefighter

“We are proud to be able to support our local emergency workers in their time of need,” said David Lerner, founder of David Lerner Associates. “We hope that this event will help to expedite the recovery of Firefighter Wiedmann and raise awareness about the ever-present need for blood donations. Many of these individuals are volunteers who put their lives on the line each and every day to protect our communities, a sacrifice that deserves our utmost respect and gratitude.”

The drive was attended by Firefighter Wiedmann’s parents, Irene and Robert Wiedmann, Sr., who were able to personally thank some of the many donors who turned out in support of their son. Irene Wiedmann has been an employee at David Lerner Associates for the past 17 years.
